In response to the need for crisis planning in the tourism industry, TCMI brings together key industry and academic leaders who have excelled in crisis management in order to share their experiences in a Tourism Crisis Management Leadership Workshop. The invited leaders have been innovative, as well as excelled largely as they have recognized the importance of crisis management planning. TCMI also offers specialized, regional workshops on tourism crisis management.
